email	Faye Heatherly East District Director Faye Heatherly has served the Campbell County Board of Education since 2000 and currently serves as the Chairman of her board. She has achieved Level 5 (Master School Board Member) in the boardsmanship program and was named to the All Tennessee School Board in 2005. Faye is retired from retail jewelry management. She and her late husband, Paul, are the parents of four children.

email	Rodney Eubank Delta District Director Rodney Eubank has served on the Tipton County Board of Education since 1976. He has served as chairman of the board since 1987. He has achieved Level 5 (Master School Board Member) in the boardsmanship program and is a member of the TSBA Quarter Century Club. Rodney was named to the All Tennessee School Board in 2003. He is the Personnel Director for the City of Covington. He and his wife, Rose, have two children.

email	James Mann Mid Cumberland District Director James Mann has served on the Clarksville-Montgomery School Board since 1986. The Clarksville-Montgomery County School Board was named the TSBA School Board of the Year in 1993, 1995 and 1997. James has attained Level 4 in the boardsmanship program. He was named to the All Tennessee School Board and a recipient of the NSBA Distinguished Service Award in 1996. James is retired from the First Federal Savings Bank in Clarksville.

email	Charles Fuller Northeast District Director Charles Fuller has been a member of the Hawkins County Board of Education since 1996, serving as its Vice-Chairman from 2000-2004. He has achieved Level 5 (Master School Board Member) in boardsmanship program and was named to the All Tennessee School Board in 2002. Charles is retired from the Eastman Chemical Company. He and his wife, Glenna, have two children.

	Tara Jones Northwest District Director Tara Jones has served on the Humboldt Board of Education since 1997. She has served as vice chairman and chairman of the board and as a TLN representative. She has attained Level 4 in the boardsmanship program. Tara is the Branch Office Administrator for Edward Jones Investments. She is the parent of one daughter.

email	Shaw Daniels South Central District Director Shaw Daniels has served on the Maury County Board of Education since 1998 and currently serves as its chairman. Elected during South Central Fall District Meeting, he will begin his term as their District Director, January 2008 through December 2010. Shaw has achieved Level 3 in the TSBA Boardsmanship program. He is an engineer and a cattleman by trade. Shaw and his wife, Tracy, have two children.

email	Pat Chester Southeast District Director Pat Chester has been a member of the McMinn County Board of Education since 1999 and has served as chairman of the board since 2002. She served as her system’s Tennessee Legislative Network representative from 1999-2002 and has been the TSBA Southeast District Director for the Federal Relations Network since 2006. Pat was a member of the 2004 TSBA All Tennessee School Board and her board was named the 2006 TSBA School Board of the Year. In 2007, she earned TSBA Master Boardsmanship Distinction. Pat received a B.S. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and works part-time for BB&T Bank. She and her late husband, Frederic, are the parents of two children and she has one grandchild with another on the way.

email	Ben Rudd Southwest District Director Ben Rudd has served on the Jackson-Madison County Board of Education since 2000. He has attained Level 3 in the boardsmanship program. Ben is the President of Farmers & Merchants Bank in Bolivar. He and his wife have four children.

email	Charles Robinson Upper Cumberland District Director Charles Robinson has served on the DeKalb County Board of Education since 2002. He has achieved level 3 in the Boardsmanship program and serves as a TLN representative. He currently works for the U.S. Postal Service but is retired from the Marion County ( Indiana) Sheriff¹s office. Charles and his wife, Rita, have two children.
