Rodney Eubanks
Delta District Director

Rodney has served on the Tipton County Board of Education since 1976. He has served as chairman of the board since 1987 and has been the legislative liaison. He is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce for both Covington/ Tipton County and South Tipton County. He and his wife Rose have two children and three grandchildren.

Charles Robinson
Upper Cumberland District Director

Charles has served on the DeKalb County Board of Education since 2002 and currently serves as it¹s chairman. He is active in the DeKalb West School PTO, serving as president and vice president for two terms. He has also served as the secretary of the DeKalb County Fair Board for the past three years. He currently works for the U.S. Postal Service but is retired from the Marion County (Indiana) Sheriff¹s office. Charles is married and has two children.

Tom Hager
Northeast District Director

Tom has been a member of the Johnson City school board since 1983, serving as chairman since 1991, and as vice-chairman in 1989-90. He served as a member of the All Tennessee School Board in 1997. He is an investigator for the public defender's office, and was previously a probation officer. He and his wife, Harriet, have a daughter named Rachel.

Faye Heatherly
East District Director

Faye has served the Campbell County Board of Education since 2000. A level II board member in TSBA’s Boardsmanship Awards Program, she is retired from retail jewelry management. She has four children, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She plays the organ and piano and lists photography among her hobbies. Her husband, Paul, was a minister before his death.

Tara Jones
Northwest District Director

Tara has served on the Humboldt Board of Education since 1997. She has served as vice chairman and chairman of the board and as a TLN representative in 1999. Tara is the Branch Office Administrator for Edward Jones Investments. She is active in her community and is a member of the Humboldt Endorsement for Learning Priorities Committee. Tara, who has achieved Level II in TSBA's Boardsmanship Program, has one daughter.

Vickie Shelton
South Central District Director

Vickie has served on the Tullahoma board since 1997, and is currently the vice chairman. She is a Level V Master Board Member in TSBA¹s Boardsmanship Awards Program. She was named to TSBA¹s All Tennessee School Board in 2003 and earned the NSBA Distinguished Service Award that same year. She has been active in both the Federal Relations Network and the Tennessee Legislative Network.

Kathy Nevill
Mid-Cumberland District Director

Kathy is currently is the vice chair of the Metro/Davidson County board, on which she has served since 2000. She has served as chair of the finance committee for her board since 2000 as well. She earned a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Tennessee State University. She is the chief financial officer for EFT Source Inc.
