Wayne Blair
At Large Member

Wayne Blair has served on the Rutherford County Board of Education since 2006 and served as the Vice-Chairman.   He has attained Level 4 in the boardsmanship program. Wayne received a degree from MTSU in Criminal Justice. He is currently the Vice President of Raborn Insurance Agency. He and his wife, Carrie, have two children.

Patrice Robinson
At Large Member

Patrice Robinson has been a member of the Memphis City Board of Education since 2000 and serves as chairman of the board, having also served as its chairman in 2004. She is currently the Tennessee Legislative Network’s West Regional Coordinator. In 2005, she earned TSBA Master Boardsmanship Distinction and in 2007 she received the NSBA Distinguished Service Award. Patrice received her B.S. from the University of Memphis, her M.S. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and in 2006, was a graduate of Leadership Memphis. She is currently the Supervisor of Employee Development with the Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division. She and her husband, Jackie, have three children and one grandchild.

Kathy Hall
At-Large Member

Kathy Hall has served on the Johnson City Board of Education since 2005.  She has served as Secretary and currently serves as Chair.  Kathy has attained Level 3 in the boardsmanship program.  She has received a Bachelor of Individualized Studies from the University of Minnesota and is currently working as a part-time consultant in marketing and research. She and her husband, Duke, have one son.

Jerry Pendergrass
At-Large Member/TLN Chairperson

Jerry Pendergrass has served on the Lincoln County Board of Education since 1990 and has served as Chairman since 1992. He has been a member of the TLN Board of Directors since 2005. Jerry has achieved Level 5 (Master School Board Member) in the boardsmanship program. He is the owner of Pendergrass Supply & Rentals. Jerry and his wife, Jane, have two children and two grandchildren.
