| TSBA Legislative Award The General Assembly has adjourned and your legislator has supported school boards and public education with the help of your advocacy efforts. Now it is time to recognize your legislator for his or her support. Each year in February at TSBA's "Day on the Hill," legislators that have made outstanding contributions to public education in Tennessee or have established a record of support for school board goals are presented with the TSBA Legislative Award. Nominations must be submitted by August 1 to TSBA. Legislative Awards are considered at the August TLN Board of Directors meeting and finalized at the TLN Board meeting in November.
