| TSBA Annual Convention
Exhibitor Information
We are excited to announce our annual trade show that will take place during the Tennessee School Boards Association’s Annual Convention at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee on November 11-12, 2007. This is the biggest and best trade show for the governing bodies of education.
Below is exhibitor information for the tradeshow. Please note that some of the information has changed so you will need to review this information carefully.
If you are interested in the opportunity to exhibit, please complete the application and return it to our office as soon as possible to secure the best booth. Exhibit booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, with our Business Affiliates receiving preference. Only one company may occupy each booth. For hotel accommodations, please contact the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center at 615/883-2211. Please indicate that you are with the Tennessee School Boards Association. The room rate is $156 for a traditional room. The deadline for making reservations is Oct. 10. All TSBA guests of the Opryland Hotel will have complimentary parking again this year. If you are not an overnight guest at the Opryland Hotel, you will be charged a daily parking fee.
Due to the increased interest in sponsorships, we have enclosed a list of potential sponsorship opportunities. We appreciate your continued support of our efforts over the years. Your sponsorship helps to defray our convention costs and allows us to provide more educational opportunities for our school board members.
We anticipate a great time and look forward to you being there to enjoy it with us. Please contact us at 800-448-6465 if you have further questions or concerns.
Thanks!
Christina Snow, TSBA Meetings/Planning Coordinator
Kristina Pardue, TSBA Director of Member Services
