I-40 West from Knoxville:
From Knoxville, proceed west on I-40. Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North. Proceed to and exit the parkway at Exit 12. Turn left at the second traffic light into the Gaylord Opryland complex.

From Memphis, proceed east through Nashville on I-40. Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North. Proceed to and exit the parkway at Exit 12. Turn left at the second traffic light into the Gaylord Opryland complex.

I-65 South from Louisville/Bowling Green, KY:
From Louisville/Bowling Green, KY, proceed south on I-65. Proceed to Exit 90B to Briley Parkway - 155. Proceed south on Briley Parkway and exit at Exit 12. Turn right and proceed to the second light and turn left into the Gaylord Opryland complex.

I-65 North from Birmingham, AL:
From Birmingham, AL, proceed north on I-65. Proceed to Exit 90 to Briley Parkway - 155. Proceed south on Briley Parkway and exit at Exit 12. Turn right and proceed to the second light and turn left into the Gaylord Opryland complex.

I-24 West from Chattanooga:
From Chattanooga, proceed west on I-24. Proceed to Exit 54B to Briley Parkway - 155. Proceed north on Briley Parkway and exit at Exit 12. Turn left at the second traffic light into the Gaylord Opryland complex.

I-24 East from St. Louis, MO:
From St. Louis, MO, proceed east on I-24. Proceed to Exit 43 to Briley Parkway - 155. Proceed east on Briley Parkway and exit at Exit 12. Turn left at the second traffic light into the Gaylord Opryland complex.
