  • The fee for attending the conference is $90. The registration deadline is April 23rd.
  • A $20 cancellation fee will be assessed on cancelled registrations prior to the above date. Any cancellations received on or after April 24, 2008, will not be refunded.
  • Meeting Date: May 2, 2008. Registration: 8 a.m. Meeting: 8:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
  • To make hotel reservations for the Board Secretaries’ Conference you may do one of the following:
    Telephone: call the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel at (800) 457-4460 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    Fax: Participants may fax reservations to (615) 313-1310 by using the fax information page available here: RESERVATIONS FAX.
    Online: Click on the following link to make reservations via the internet: online reservations.A block of rooms is reserved for the night of Thursday, May 1. Please ask for the Tennessee School Boards Association Board Secretaries’ Conference group rate of $107. This rate applies only to single or double occupancy and is subject to tax. The reservation deadline is 5:00 p.m. (central time) on April 10.

Registration fees for school board members will be billed to the school system.
