Tennessee School Law Quarterly

The Tennessee School Law Quarterly is a quarterly publication of the TSBA legal department. The TSLQ offers case summaries of Tennessee court decisions at both the trial and appellate levels, federal district court decisions and Sixth Circuit decisions, as well as opinions from the Office of the State Attorney General.

Members of TCSBA automatically receive a subscription to the TSLQ. Subscriptions for non-members are also available at a cost of $35.00 per year.
